Our Team
Family Education Services Foundation (FESF) was founded by Richard and Heidi Geary in Pakistan in 1988. As parents of a deaf child, they discovered that programs for the Deaf, particularly in developing countries, were very limited in scope. FESFna supports FESF’s Deaf Reach program, a leading-edge program for deaf education for underprivileged children in Pakistan.
